Motivation of Learning Online For Class X Ma Al Ahlyah Kotabaru Students, Karawang Regency

This study aims to analyze students' motivation learning during online learning. This research was conducted at Islamic High School Al-Ahliyah Kotabaru Karawang from May to June. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects and objects used in this study a teachers and students at Islamic High School Al-Ahliyah Kotabaru Karawang. In collecting the data used in this study by using the methods of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the analytical model of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are learning motivation which is usually carried out directly and transferred to online learning. Student motivation learning during online learning conducted at Islamic High School Al-Ahliyah Kotabaru Karawang school is quite high, it can be seen from the indicators of student motivation learning. There are two factors of student motivation learning, Intrinsic learning motivation and extrinsic learning motivation. intrinsic learning motivation that encourages the spirit of learning within the students themselves and extrinsic motivation that comes from the student's environment. The problems faced by students during online learning are due to the lack of praise and appreciation in learning during online learning and the lack of interesting and fun learning so that students feel bored with online learning.
