Abstract

In 2020, there was a Covid-19 pandemic which caused changes in the entire learning system in educational institutions that were carried out in schools to change according to government regulations, carried out at home online or learning remotely. This study aims to determine the impact during distance learning (PJJ) on the decline in children's learning motivation compared to face-to-face learning (PTM) in Gang Krajan 1 RT 09 Purwakarta. The analytical method used to analyze the data obtained in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method using data collection techniques (interviews). The author uses research methods with interview techniques to collect information data from 6 children and 5 parents in Gang Krajan 1 RT 09. Based on the results of these interviews, it is known that the distance learning system is very inefficient.
